- Your Job The AEM Developer (Full stack) will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream and have ownership to drive any AEM related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects. As part of this role, you will be closely work with product owner, scrum master, technical analysts, and Business Analysts to plan and execute sprints. You will also have to support a legacy application which is based in Java/J2EE, and which will be migrating to the new AEM site. The ideal candidate should have relevant and extensive experience in AEM and other tech stacks to support day-to-day activities as well as have experience with User experience for web initiatives. Our Team The AEM Developer (Full stack) will be part of a team that designs, develops, and delivers new applications for Molex site. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business system requirements and developing implementations related to the AEM work stream and have ownership to drive any AEM related enhancements, investigating support tickets and driving additional projects. What You Will Do Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle including support of web-based applications. Responsible for hands on development of AEM/React/Java/J2EE solutions. Work closely with business function areas to understand their business systems requirements and recommend solutions. Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed. Technical debt resolutions, prevention & code reviews. Assist in deploying applications to Dev QA, Production environment. Mentor existing/new team members with delivery processes, project-based findings, and support. Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and maintenance of web applications. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Required: BA/BS Math/Computer Science or 6+ years programming experience in web development environment with a strong java, extensive AEM programming, react JS. 5 years of software development experience in AEM demonstrating depth of technical understanding within AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows and AEM technologies: OSGi/Felix, Java Content Repository, Apache Sling, AEM Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, DAM, Workflows. Skills with business analysis and user experience as it relates to web experience. Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles. Extensive experience with developing advanced custom AEM components using Java, React, REST, Maven, Eclipse, JSTL tags or sling API. Working knowledge of Servlets and JSP development, Oracle DB, SQL, Apache/Jboss, AJAX, jQuery, Good understanding of Search engines, CDN, middleware integrations, Load Balancers. Good understanding of Agile Methodologies. What Will Put You Ahead Proficiency in AEM development. Proficiency in React development. Good understanding of web-application development. UX design and development skills. Design thinking certifications.
