Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate multiple Scrum teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and Scrum framework. Facilitates Scrum team agreement and activities: standups, backlog meetings, sprint planning, team review, retrospectives. Adapts Scrum framework as per team needs. Understand the technical product and processes and coordinates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Resolves issues and removes impediments. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Using empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance. Partnering with Product Owner or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects. Performs requirements analysis and develops user stories to support the Agile team. Create Jira tickets and manage development and sustainment tasks in Jira. Provides customer support and end-user support as required. Utilizes business process review to facilitate the coordination of activities among functional units that support one or more functional lines of business. Participate in MVP approach and releases product every sprint cycle. Collaborates with business process owners and transforms them into actionable tasks and stories for developers using Jira. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on GCP. Proficiency in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with monitoring and logging tools. Understanding of cloud security best practices and tools. Experience with IAM and security policies in GCP. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
