Minimum 10+ years .NET/ASP.NET based application development experience with multi-tier architecture. Ability to resolve complex issues, mentor team members and effectively manage resources to meet schedules, goals, and received assignments. Demonstrate and evangelize best practices for design, coding and team processes, and advocate for the right tools for the task at hand. Perform system failure analysis, provide corrective actions, and recommend system performance improvements.
