    About the Role: The Sales Manager for GIS / LiDAR services is a key player in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of GIS services, including LiDAR, Photogrammetry technologies. The executive will focus on prospecting companies, identifying their needs, generating interest, and nurturing these opportunities. A multi-channel and focused accounts approach will be essential, along with the ability to meet aggressive sales targets. Education Criteria: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Geography / Geology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in GIS are highly desirable. Detailed Job Description Proactively prospect companies that could benefit from Geospatial services. Identify client requirements and generate interest through tailored communication and engagement strategies. Nurture leads into business opportunities using a multi-channel approach, including social media, email, professional networking, and direct outreach. Work on focused accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. Achieve and exceed aggressive inside-sales targets, demonstrating a consistent track record of sales success. Stay updated with the latest trends in GIS to offer clients cutting-edge solutions. Collaborate closely with the technical team for effective solution presentation and client demonstrations to generate opportunity. Key skills and other requirements 5-10 years of sales experience in the GIS industry. Experience handling customers having requirements in GIS technology Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
