- Job Summary Business planning & Governance team is looking for resource based out of GBS Chennai to support WRB HC handling, country recharges, Governance, Risk and Controls activities/Initiatives. Responsibilities Forecast head count and non-head count efficiencies for all units under WRB End to end Manage budget and forecast of expenses under WRB Manage monthly billing and country recharges Manage monthly tracking of HC & Non-HC saves booked Calculate country level efficiency details Provide governance for PS Tool and WFM data such as cross skilling, staff processing category and activity mapping Provide regular MIS and ad-hoc MIS to stakeholders Creating PowerPoint template / storyboard / dashboard / Newsletter / Communications / Invites / Announcement / Banner / Poster for WRB management / Units / Group requirements SharePoint Management (Creating space, Access, form creation, etc.) / Bridge page Management Supporting A3 management (OE upload / A3 creations, etc) Support Job Requestion based on SCB HR guidelines Billing support in FTE / Clarity (Collating / Validating / updating from units to Finance team) TV dashboard management Admin team management. People & Talent Engagement with wide range of stakeholders. Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations for the team and work in collaboration. Risk Management Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility Governance Have a strong Governance relevant to the role Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders WRB FH / Global head/ Country Heads/CIOs Qualification Few years of experience of operations. Flair knowledge in costing and budgeting Pack preparation and presentation Skills. Ability to work proactively, independently and display strong initiative Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail. Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities Strong communication, Interpersonal Skills and presentation skills, with senior stakeholders. Multicultural awareness Ability to work to fixed timelines and with people in different time zones Ability to apply judgement and discretion in following through for resolution of issues raised across the region.
