Job Description

Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.
Daily Monitoring and providing general care to patients in Geriatric Care Home.
Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
Assessing the new patients to be admitted to the Geriatric Care Home.
Admitting patients requiring special care, followed by investigations and treatment.
Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical conditions.
Making notes and preparing paperwork if patients to be hospitalised.
Coordinating with patients family doctors on regular basis.
Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the Nursing department.
Training and supervising and Nursing and caregivers and Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
Carrying out auditing on monthly basis in the care home.
Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
Addressing the patient complaints and concerns, look over patient surveys, and adjust policies as necessary.
Reporting to the Board of Directors.
