Job Title: L2 Support Analyst Location: Chennai Work Mode: 5 Days - Work from Office Experience: 5 10 Years Gender: Male/Female Duties and Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will: Act as an L2/L1 application support specialist with experience in Windows/Linux, SQL, UNIX, Scripts, Python, and Node.js (Code understanding/debugging/development). Open to work under a 24x7 support model, including holidays as required by the business. Ability to identify frontend/backend issues. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges. Prioritize the workload of the Application Support team. Work on Metrics and Reports. Manage the Issue Management Process and review potential areas for service improvement. Provide technical leadership and input on application/infrastructure gaps and potential issue areas. Participate in automation and process improvement tasks. Interact with internal teams and external third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. Design metrics for reporting and guide the L1/L2 teams in creating SOPs for new processes. Maintain application monitoring and review mechanisms. Have a strong understanding of incident, request, and problem management processes. E-commerce experience and familiarity with BI tools is an added advantage. Qualification & Skills: 5+ years of experience in Production Support. Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution. Hands-on experience in code debugging for Node.js and Python. Database Expertise: SQL, Oracle. Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows. Experience in debugging through logs.
