Product Database Developer PostgreSQL / Oracle Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Role) Are you passionate about database development and eager to take on challenging projects in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Product Database Developer, where youll design and implement advanced database solutions that power innovative products. What you will do: Design, develop, test, and implement complex database objects, including stored procedures, functions, views, cursors, triggers, and queries. Optimize and tune queries and APIs to enhance performance and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure database programs align with Vitechs standards for quality and efficiency. Leverage PostgreSQL as a primary database technology, with secondary support for Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Explore and integrate new technologies, such as Aurora PostgreSQL and AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda), where applicable. Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot database-related issues with precision and professionalism. Independently manage development, testing, implementation, and maintenance for systems of moderate complexity. What We're Looking For: In-depth expertise in PostgreSQL programming with a solid understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with AWS services like S3 and Lambda is a plus. Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust database solutions. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong ability to debug and analyze complex issues. Proven experience in performance tuning for queries and APIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
