- Job Description We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js for frontend development and Ruby on Rails for backend development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable and high-performing applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js. Create responsive UI components to ensure seamless user experiences across devices. Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect designs and animations. Design, develop, and maintain APIs and server-side logic using Ruby on Rails. Optimize application performance and scalability. Ensure robust security measures and data protection protocols are in place. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Required Skills Proficient in React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, RESTful APIs, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Experience with Git and version control systems. Preferred Skills Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker. Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
