Monitor and adjust portfolios dynamically to maximize profitability and manage risks effectively. Research and evaluate new trading opportunities using quantitative and fundamental methods. Portfolio Performance: Manage portfolio P&L, ensuring consistent performance aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct performance analysis, attribution studies, and scenario testing to refine strategies. Collaborate with risk management teams to maintain compliance with risk thresholds and parameters. Data Analysis and Decision Making: Leverage statistical models, machine learning techniques, and data analytics to identify market inefficiencies and actionable opportunities. Incorporate macroeconomic trends, market microstructure, and quantitative insights into strategy decisions. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with quant researchers, traders, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance portfolio performance and trading infrastructure. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Contribute to the development of new tools, models, and processes to improve decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution. Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager, Quantitative Researcher, or Trader with a demonstrated track record of generating consistent returns. Strong expertise in systematic or discretionary portfolio management across asset classes. Experience with global markets, high-frequency trading, or alternative investments is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, R, or MATLAB for strategy development and data analysis. Deep understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and portfolio optimization. Experience with trading platforms, statistical tools, and big data analytics. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
