This role is a part of our Connex-HP (Tandem Developers Team) .
What you bring:
- 6 15 Years of experience in IT Industry.
- Knowledge of Languages TAL, COBOL and SCOBOL.
- Knowledge of SWITCH Any Switch (CONNEX/BASE24/EPOC).
- Knowledge of Databases ENSCRIBE and SQL.
- Knowledge of TANDEM Utilities.
- Experience in cards/payment/banking/switching domain.
- Good Logical thinking abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work for individual contributor role.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
What you will be doing:
- Understand customer requirements, design, develop, and unit test solutions on a key switching product in the industry.
- Understand methods, tools and technology used in software development and testing.
- Understand basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies.
- Understand primary database engines and demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Understand functions, features and components of existing and planned operating systems and applications.
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of FIS products and services.
- Knowledge of financial services industry.
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
