Job Description

About the Job We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Java Developer who can take full ownership of key functionalities and modules within the product, acting as the go-to subject matter expert and primary point of contact in these areas. As a Principal Product Engineer, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge solutions using best practices, drive the implementation of features based on product requirements, and ensure seamless integration of these features into the product. Your expertise will be critical in delivering high-quality, well-tested code that meets both functional and technical requirements. What You Will Do Develop high-performance web applications using modern open-source frameworks such as J2EE and Spring Framework. Design and implement robust database solutions with frameworks like Hibernate to support scalable applications. Lead the development of dynamic, responsive UI components using technologies like JSP, JSTL, AJAX, JQuery, and JavaScript. Drive unit testing initiatives using JUnit and other testing frameworks to ensure reliability and quality. Architect solutions that emphasize efficiency, scalability, and maintainability to support long-term product growth. Skills You Will Need 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Web Development with Java and JEE, with a proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical applications. Extensive experience in database design and SQL, with a deep understanding of performance optimization and data management. Expertise in UI development using JSP, JSTL, AJAX, JQuery, and JavaScript to create user-centric, responsive interfaces. Proficient with Maven, SVN, Eclipse/STS, Hudson/Jenkins, and other essential development tools to streamline workflows. Deep knowledge of Design Patterns and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable code. Experience with React/Angular, microservices, and reporting solutions is highly desirable, providing an edge in modernizing architectures.
