JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and responsive user interfaces for web applications. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality features. Mentor junior UI engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical leadership. Drive the implementation of modern UI technologies and frameworks to improve user experience and performance. Oversee the optimization of UI performance, ensuring consistency and responsiveness across all devices. Define and enforce UI development standards, code quality, and performance metrics. Lead UI code reviews, ensuring the quality of code and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies in UI development. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio of web applications. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI). Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques and ensuring cross-device compatibility. Proficiency in working with REST APIs and integrating front-end systems. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding development teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail in delivering user-centric solutions.
