Strategic Roadmap Contribution: Play a key role in defining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Effectively communicate technical considerations and trade-offs to stakeholders. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor fellow engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Elevate the technical expertise of the entire engineering team. About You: Proven Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience building high-quality desktop and/or web applications. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies. Performance & Reliability Focus: Demonstrated experience in optimizing application performance, reliability, and stability. Knowledge of debugging and APM tools is a plus. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong listener who values diverse perspectives and builds trust.
