Introduction: Project EIDOS Limited is seeking an experienced India-based Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to help us continue delivering excellence for our clients, we are looking for a motivated and talented individual who takes pride in all aspects of their delivery no matter how small, and equally wants to be part of a growing company that values focusing on quality over quantity. Location: Pune Role: Oracle ERP Functional Consultant This is a full-time permanent role. Responsibilities: Identifying and documenting business requirements and configuration using the Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology. Implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules techno-functional support and implementation for Oracle Cloud Financials. Champion and drive the adoption of best practice processes and compliance through leadership, rationalization, availability, and innovation. Take accountability to resolve problems and incidents as well as drive analysis and resolution of complex issues, being proactive, enlisting support, and escalating where appropriate. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience Minimum 1 ERP implementation. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting Hub and Oracle EPM preferable. Valid Oracle Cloud ERP Certification as an Implementation Specialist in one core Finance module. Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and SmartView. Comprehensive understanding of Oracle technical delivery and release management. Understanding of and experience in third-party cloud services and service models. Must have experience in working and driving efficient and effective relationships across global organizations. Must have the confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships across a complex range of stakeholders. Attention to detail, ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative information. A proactive approach to address complex problems. Ability to take rational and decisive action when under pressure.,
