- Role : AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI Experience : 8 + Years Location : Indore, Bhilai Job Description As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative models and solutions that drive key product features and innovations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI systems that deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models will be crucial in helping us push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on Generative AI solutions and RAG Architectures. Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for model training and deployment. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and tools. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to identify opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions. Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments. Lead the technical vision and direction for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth. Conduct thorough tests and experiments on machine learning models to ensure their reliability and effectiveness. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of software quality. Ensure compliance with best practices in data privacy and security. Preferred Skills Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), neural networks, and deep learning technologies. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications. Experience with cloud computing platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud , Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering techniques. Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and other advanced AI methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI. Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages such as C++ or Java. Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models to production. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in AI/ML and Generative AI are a plus. (ref:hirist.tech),
