We seek an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in architecting SaaS or enterprise-level applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the overall success of our projects. Role and Responsibilities: Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise-level applications. Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in the design and implementation of software solutions. Ensure code quality, security, and performance of applications through effective code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Backend, Frontend, UX/UI, etc., to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay at the forefront of technology advancements by researching and implementing new trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Fullstack technologies such as Python, Django, React, MySQL, AWS, Azure, etc. Must have good hands-on experience in advanced concepts of Django, Flask, DRF, MySQL, DBMS, etc. Strong understanding of SaaS application architectures, microservices, monolithic, and REST APIs. Experienced in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, React, Angular, etc. Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerised Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, etc. Strong experience in AWS and Azure, etc., for Deployments, Storage, etc. Strong knowledge of coding standards and non-functional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application. Having experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, etc., for project management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellence.
