The HRMS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resource management system, implementing HR policies and procedures, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications HR Management, Recruitment, and Onboarding skills B.E/B TECH./MCA Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience in managing employee records Understanding of labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Patna Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience . Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT /IT SYSTEM PROJECTS Area of Expertise . Having at least 3 years of Experience in HRMS of a Minimum of 3000 Employees in COTS Applications preferably Peoplesoft. . Good people management, coaching and monitoring skills, and Team building skills.,
