- Job Title: Web Developer Location: Remote Experience: Minimum 5 years Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites: Work on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of various websites and web applications for a diverse client base. Collaborate with clients and team members: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers. Implement responsive designs: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices and browsers. Optimize web performance: Improve site speed, reliability, and overall performance using best practices and tools. Ensure website security: Implement security measures to protect websites from vulnerabilities and attacks. Write clean, scalable code: Follow coding standards and best practices to write well-documented, reusable, and efficient code. Debug and troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience. Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Back-End: Strong knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or PHP (Laravel). Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration. APIs: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or custom-built solutions. Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for both front-end and back-end testing. Design Principles: Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with design teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). E-commerce: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. SEO: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Perks Flexible working hours.
