Skills: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, MongoDB, mongodb, java, Job Description: Backend Developer Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3 - 4 Years Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant backend services for the Dr Trust 360 app. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, UX, product management) to define and develop new features and enhancements. Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability. Integrate the application with AWS services and ensure a seamless deployment process. Create and maintain technical documentation. Implement security best practices to ensure data privacy and protection against unauthorized ac Monitor application performance and address any issues or bottlenecks. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest ways to apply them to the product. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of professional backend development experience. Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. Solid experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others. Proficiency in working with MongoDB. Knowledge of RESTful APis and microservices architecture. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the healthcare domain is a plus Manage and optimize MongoDB databases,ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.,
