Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- VBA Developer In this ro le, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas where you can better/develop smarter VBA coding. Responsibilities The resource would be part of the marketing & strategy team and will be responsible for - Design and develop complex interactive reports on excel using VBA. Automate manual processes utilizing VBA. Develop existing and creating new applications/excel reporting system using VBA. Develop new features and enhancing existing ones according to specification Develop multiple applications in VBA, VBS, to support operation in Excel, Access and SharePoint. Improving non-functional aspects, like performance and security of the application Generate various reports & ad-hoc data analytics request and their maintenance. Provide excellent customer service to our customers Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Responsible to showcase s trong work ethic s , with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working and should be flexible w.r.t timings . Proficient in developing custom applications on Microsoft Excel, MS access and SharePoint using VBA. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly advanced use of Excel and Access) Capable to manage full development life cycle i.e., analysis, design, implementation, and support of VBA based reporting system. Large Volume/Multiple Source - data conversion, data cleansing, report creation. Perform Data validation to ensure accuracy and quality of data. Ability to gather and understand requirements and collaborate with business process owners and management Good testing principles as well as good defect management skills. Working knowledge of MS SharePoint and its various features. Qualif ications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Engineering or equivalent Any graduate degree or equivalent or Masters degree with a strong academic record Good experience in VBA coding. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and planning skills. Skilled in MS SharePoint, VBA, Tableau, OBIEE will be added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in Data Engineer role with expertise on VBA coding Previous experience in Advanced visualization Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email Should be able to work independently and capable to lead projects Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift ) Strong attention to detail.
