Job Description
Role: Accounts Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive
Functional Area: Finance & Accounts
Education: Any Graduate
Shift : US Shift with Sat & Sun Fixed Week off
Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners (Max. 7 Days Notice)
Requirements:
- Should have min. 1+ Years experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Should have End to End Knowledge in Finance and Accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Account Executive will be responsible to manage all accounting operations on
daily basis including bookkeeping, preparing and reconciliation of bank
accounts, coordination, completion of monthly scheduled reports, preparing,
reviewing of financial reports, as necessary.
- Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales, cash, and bank voucher in
accounts books as per B/S.
- Individual Accounting, MIS Reports, Reconciliations, Banking accountant
with working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalisation of accounts,
taxation, auditing.
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
and procedures.
- He/she needs to process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents
such as invoices, department billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts,
vendor statements, and journal vouchers; review and present financial
information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits
and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and
maintain records.
- Responsible for all accounting activities and compliance with statutory
requirements.
Salary:
- Upto 7L CTC (Decent hike from last package)
