Job Description

    We are looking for a strong PL/SQL Developer with extensive experience in Sales Compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of sales compensation processes, incentive calculations, and data integration. This role requires someone who can immediately join and contribute effectively to our team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and database objects. Work extensively with Sales Compensation tools (Varicent, Xactly, or similar). Manage sales compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy in compensation calculations. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement compensation models. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales performance data, commission calculations, and reporting. Ensure seamless data integration between various sources such as CRM, ERP, and other financial systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation and PL/SQL Development. Expertise in Sales Compensation tools (Varicent, Xactly, or any other related tool). Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. Experience in handling large datasets and data transformation processes. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge of Unix scripting and automation processes,
