Job Title: AutoCAD Operator with Nesting Experience Location: Gotri-Sevasi, Vadodara Position Type: Full-Time / Part time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Operator with extensive experience in nesting work, The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings and optimizing material usage through efficient nesting strategies. This role also involves supervising a team of CAD operators and ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Use AutoCAD software to prepare detailed drawings and schematics for projects. Develop and implement nesting plans to maximize material efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee the daily activities of the CAD team, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Review and approve work completed by team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. Assist in training and mentoring new team members on AutoCAD and nesting techniques. Prepare reports on project progress and team performance for management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, with a focus on nesting work. Strong supervisory skills and experience managing a team. Proficient in AutoCAD and related design software. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
