Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Java, Selenium, API Automation, ETL, SQL, Java/Python We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant to join our growing team. This role will involve leading a team of developers and consultants to deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the design and execution of projects that involve Java, Selenium, API Automation, ETL, SQL, and a combination of Java/Python development. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration. Implement ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses. Develop and maintain data pipelines that support real-time and batch processing. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions. Optimize ETL performance, ensuring high efficiency and minimal data latency. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, data flow, and integration issues across ETL processes. Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using Python, Java, and other scripting tools. Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL workflows and ensure proper version control. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Strong expertise in ETL processes and tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Talend, Informatica, or custom solutions). Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent with equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data transformations. Experience in Python and Java for scripting and developing data pipelines. Hands-on experience with large-scale data integration and database management. Proficiency in data modelling and designing scalable, high-performance ETL architectures. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including staging, loading, and transformation. Experience with cloud-based ETL tools and services (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory). Excellent problem-solving skills, especially related to data quality and integration challenges. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Familiarity with modern frameworks for API testing such as Postman or Rest Assured.
