What do we offer: The Products & Analytics Group within Enterprise Excellence is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual Data Quality (DQ) Manager to supplement the data quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our data across various products and databases. Candidate will develop understanding of the underlying data pipeline, perform data validation, data integrity checks, report and collaborate with the broader team for identifying and resolving the DQ issues. Expertise Required: Analytical / Project management Skills Liaison with Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders to identify critical data elements, define data quality rules, and implement data quality measurement and monitoring Good analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. Lead efforts to implement or modify necessary policies, procedures and system enhancements to fill current and future Data Governance Gaps Champion and execute data strategic plan, suggest thought leadership ideas for target state Manage and lead a variety of activities designed to implement process level data enhancements in support of the strategic plan to improve data quality Subject Matter with proven experience in Manual Data Quality Testing & Reporting Expert on data warehousing, data integration, and ETL processes. Experience with SQL, data querying and Excel- for data validation, testing & reporting Having productive team meetings, 1-on-1 meetings regularly with all team members Proficiency in using issue tracking tools such as JIRA, for documenting & tracking issues. Advanced Excel and Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus. Knowledge of Data Quality framework and best practices Understand concerns, challenges and roadblocks team is facing and provide them all the required support to overcome the same. (Preferred) - Tools and Platforms Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, Pyspark , Collibra, JIRA Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint Domain Skills Good understanding of Banking domain (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, & Insurance etc.) experience is a plus Database Automation Data quality framework ETL Process Nice to Have Skills: Exposure to BI tools and technologies example: Tableau or Cognos or SAS BI or Qlikview etc. Exposure to ETL tools like Talend Automation and process re-engineering / optimization skills Soft Skills Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the senior management or partners in a structured and simpler form Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills Good process/project management skills Mentoring junior members in the team Ability to work well across multiple functional areas Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc. Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details A strong team player Educational and Experience: MBA / Masters Degree in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute.
