Epicor Technical Consultant Franois Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter FCI) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Ateliers Franois Compressors Group (AF), head quartered in Lige, Belgium. It has today centralized all its facilities and functions to Pirangut, nearby Pune. The workforce is a young, dynamic and international team of more than 70 employees. Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for Epicor Technical consultant who will be working on day-to-day user queries and designing various Dashboards/BPM/BAQ/SSRS in Epicor and delivering them to the user. As an in-house consultant, you will be working with business users, resolving their queries, collecting their requests, and then updating the set of functionality/reports to accommodate business needs. You are expected to establish company standards and common reporting terminology, and to help align existing and future functionalities/reporting requests to such standards. In future you shall also be responsible for building and maintaining BI reports with Qliksense. Responsibilities: Provide first level support for Epicor users. Develop new BPM, BAQ, SSRS reports, dashboards, form customization in Epicor Improve existing BPM, Reports, dashboards Responsible to raise support issues to Epicor partner and Epicor Skillset: Bachelors degree in Computes, Information Technology, or related field. Must have at least 2+ year experience working on EPICOR with Manufacturing domain. Functional expertise in SCM module and overall knowledge of Finance. Good understanding of business processes and flows. Understands business terminology. Technical Skills in Epicor: BPM, Dashboards, BAQ Reports, Form Customizations, C# Databases Skills: Epicor 11, SQL server 2016/2019 Reporting Tools: SSRS, Crystal report Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. Added advantage o Knowledge of BI report development like Qliksense,
