JOB DESCRIPTION HARDWARE && NETWORKING

Identification and troubleshooting of software, hardware and network-related
issues.
Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, Servers, Printers,
peripheral equipment, EPBX System, CCTV System, data communications, Local Area
Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
They examine the requirements of the complex network design and handle
configuration and installation of workstations and operating systems, Antivirus etc.
Troubleshoot and manage a huge variety of local area network equipment and
software.
Coordinating with vendors to resolve issues related with hardware operating system.
In order to meet the computing needs of the end-users, the Hardware and
Networking Professionals work in close coordination with the application
programmers to solve mainframe problems.
Writing scripts and batching files for enhancing the functioning of the operating
system.
Manage Black box (Users Profile, Access control, connectivity).
Server status && Backups Monitoring and testing.
Conference rooms && Meeting room management.
Maintain Attendance machine and its connectivity.
Knack groups website domain and hosting management
Manage Business E-Mails.
Manage Admin console of Google, Microsoft, Webmail, Black box etc.
Create, Update, Disable, and forward Email id with 2 step security.
Securely Manage email password sheet (without sharing with any User)
Configure Email on User's Desktop && Mobile.
Create, Restore, and backup Data files of email (PST, OST, Contact)
Graphics Google drive attachment downloading.
General it Back office work for Knack groups

Education Qualification: IT Support HWNW would be Any Bachelor Degree, Computer
Hardware, Diploma/Polytechnic, ITI, BSC IT, BCA, and B.Tech/B.E
