Job Description 3+ years of knowledge management experience in IT or ITES industry Consulting/Business Analysts with Content/Knowledge Management experience - preferred Knowledge of software project lifecycle and sales process- Application Development, Maintenance & Support, services & product lifecycle, etc. Hands on experience with SharePoint, Drupal (or other platforms) Strong research skills. Ability to quickly read and compare/contrast large amounts of written material. Requirement Gathering Understanding of client scenario and gap analysis. Experience with social media tools and other KM technologies Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business functions.
