Business Development Manager
At Redwood Edutours, we are incessantly striving towards delivering impeccable learning experiences to our students by engaging them in a variety of activities and sessions. The Regional Business Development Manager ensures that Redwood reaches out to new partner schools and other potential end-users through strategically designed Business Development and Relationship Building initiatives.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager ensures that Redwood transforms the landscape of education and experiential learning, by reaching out to potential stakeholders and schools through strategically designed expansion plans. Our Edutours are conducted across the world for schools and colleges pan India. The Regional Business Development Manager would act as Redwood's voice in reaching as many schools and colleges across the country.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your work includes:
Business Development -Â identify and reach out to potential partners within an assigned region
Relationship Building- build substantial relationships with identified partner schools through strategically planned meetings and engagement strategies
Program Proposals- understand the needs and demands of partner schools with respect to our programs and help program design team ideate and work on fitting program designs
SPOC- act as the single point of contact between the school and our team at Redwood, throughout the program life cycle

Required Experience and Qualifications
2-4 years of work experience in business development, sales or similar roles
An ambitious and take charge personality | Exemplary academic credentials
