Job Description
Job Summary
The Travel OperationsAssociate ensures seamless travel experiences for all our students by planning, coordinating and booking necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. Our Edutours are conducted across the world for schools and colleges pan India. The Travel and Execution Associate would act as Redwood's backbone in ensuring seamless travel experiences for as many students from schools and colleges across the country.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Researching on the most appropriate travel and related partners for our Edutours
- Coordinating with activity partners and other partners at our destinations
- Booking flights, trains, and buses for our students on the basis of their Edutours and itineraries
- Coordinating with the operations team to manage the needs of schools and students
Key Skills
Ticketing, Flights, Booking, Event Management, Program Management, Travel Planning
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Knowledge of ticketing and travel bookings
- A degree in tourism/ travel (preferred)
- Experience managing and coordinating bulk bookings of hotels, trains, buses, and flights
