About We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing enterprise-level ERP systems and complex backend applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to create intuitive and efficient design solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating design expertise in ERP or backend systems. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. Experience in user research and user-centered design methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. Basic backend knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, databases) is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and trends in ERP systems.
