Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead specializing in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing robust software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of our applications. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and excellence within the company. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Technical Expertise Architect, design, and develop high-quality Java-based applications. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Project Management Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Track and report on project progress and address any issues that arise. Quality Assurance Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications. Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed. Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate technical concepts and project status to non-technical stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development. Proven experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. Strong experience with Spring, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks. Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Skills Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Tools And Technologies Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Java or related technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. (ref:hirist.tech),
