This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative marketing plans, streamline content, and foster strong relationships with both brands and customers. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the website, ensuring smooth operation and an optimal user experience. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Marketing Strategy: Develop and propose creative marketing plans to drive traffic and increase sales. Execute these plans effectively, using a variety of digital marketing channels. Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns. Ensure that all content is aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Content Streamlining: Optimize website content for clarity, consistency, and engagement. Implement strategies to streamline content processes and improve overall quality. Client and Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands (clients) and customers. Address inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: Proven 2 to 7 Yrs experience in online retail management or e-commerce. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Ability to develop and execute creative marketing plans. Experience working with content teams and managing content workflows. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
