About the Role: WorkIPO is seeking a Software Development Engineer II with at least 2 years of experience in React, and one of the backend technologies: Django, Flask to join our growing team. This full-time, permanent position, based in Mumbai, offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects for top-tier, multi-million-dollar US clients across various industries. As an SDE 2, you will actively contribute to the development of software applications and databases while working alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process. Responsibilities: Implement designs, development, and implementation of software applications and databases using React, and one of the backend technologies: Flask, Django Collaborate closely with back-end and front-end teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution. Assist in scaling and optimizing web applications Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end web applications at scale. Utilize PostgreSQL for backend services and database management. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all operations and data. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the backend technologies: Flask, Django Preferred experience in React, 2 or more years of experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality, bug-free code. Communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment with teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a dynamic environment. Experience in the design and deployment of complex web applications at scale. Familiarity with PostgreSQL for backend services and database management. Demonstrable expertise in front-end development and programming. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Self-motivated and disciplined, with a passion for technology and innovation.
