- Job Summary As a Consulting Director you will leverage your extensive experience in Hadoop Spark Hive Linux Python and Risk Management to drive impactful solutions for our clients. Your role will involve strategic planning project management and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. You will work in a hybrid model with a focus on delivering high-quality results during day Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions using Hadoop Spark and Hive to drive business insights and decision-making. Oversee risk management processes to ensure the security and integrity of data systems. Provide technical expertise in Linux and Python to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives. Ensure the scalability and performance of data systems to meet the growing needs of the organization. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes systems and workflows. Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Monitor industry trends and advancements in data technology to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of data initiatives. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on project progress and outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data team. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Hadoop Spark and Hive. Demonstrate expertise in risk management processes. Have extensive experience with Linux and Python. Show proficiency in developing and implementing data-driven strategies. Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Proven track record of managing successful data projects. Strong understanding of data security and integrity principles. Ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements. Experience in a hybrid work model. Ability to work during the day shift with no travel required.,
