Guidewire Tester Job in HTC Global Services

Job Description

Automation Framework Development: Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter) using Selenium, TestNG, or other relevant tools. Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for both automation and manual testing across Guidewire platforms, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Manual Testing Expertise: Perform manual testing of Guidewire applications (PC, BC, CC), including end-to-end testing, regression testing, and integration testing across multiple systems. Test Case Creation & Execution: Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios for both manual and automated testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects in JIRA or similar tools; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and validate fixes. Continuous Integration (CI): Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution using Jenkins, Git, or similar tools, integrating with existing development processes. Performance & Load Testing: Conduct performance testing for Guidewire applications to ensure system scalability and reliability under load. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure quality delivery and alignment with project timelines. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date test documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational quality standards and best practices, and contribute to test automation knowledge sharing.,
