Job Description

Job Title: QA Automation Test Lead Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Fulltime Mandatory Skills: Python, Pytest, Playwright, Requests, or Boto3 Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA automation team and drive test automation strategies and best practices. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, Playwright, Requests, and Boto3. Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and cloud-based applications. Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive their resolution with the development team. Maintain and enhance test environments, ensuring reliability and scalability. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to QA engineers. Participate in code reviews, test case reviews, and contribute to process improvements. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in test automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in QA automation, with expertise in Python. Hands-on experience with Pytest for unit, integration, and functional testing. Proficiency in Playwright for UI automation testing. Strong knowledge of Requests for API testing. Experience with Boto3 for AWS service automation testing. Understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
