Job Purpose: Team member will own and manage Recoveries at a national level for Prefr PL portfolio and will be accountable for 2 key metrics - 1)Financial - Delivering desired rate of recovery (ROR) in charged-off accounts. Cost control to maintain profitability and make business sustainable. 2)Strategic & operating - Building recovery infrastructure including people and processes. Building a culture of high performance, compliance and accountability. What you will do: Define and lead the implementation of various collections strategies for zones and recoveries call center Lead zonal and regional recovery collections field and call center teams to deliver on collections targets via inhouse and agency setup and various other mechanisms. Responsible for recovery collections costs while ensuring zones are managed in a cost effective manner. Setup and lead adherence to governance processes across zones - ensuring right app governance, take ownership of proper reporting of input and output metrics across regions and ensure team members and agencies are operating within code of conduct guidelines Onboarding and managing ongoing relationships with agencies to deliver outcomes. Collaborate with strategy and policy teams to identify and solve segment specific challenges ex - Risk profile / category and / or diff geographies. Work with strategy team on capacity planning and KPIs for different roles in recoveries.,
