Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-ML Architect! In this role, the person is responsible for designing and architecting scalable machine learning solutions, developing models, and ensuring their successful deployment. This role requires collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and stakeholders to create impactful AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities Solution Design: Design and architect end-to-end Machine Learning and AI solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Identify key requirements for a positive ROI from proposed solutions Estimate the total cost of ownership of the proposed solution Model Development: Working knowledge of statistical and machine learning models as well as identification of guard rails for model performance Develop and optimize machine learning models for various use cases. Ensure models are robust, scalable, and efficient. Integration and Deployment: Work with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems. Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Monitoring and Maintenance: Familiar with drift detection as well as retraining scenarios Implement monitoring tools to track model performance and health. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure model reliability. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Stay updated on industry best practices for ML security. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch , Scikit-learn). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications/skills Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
