Job Description
- Position : Technical Program Manager Location: Bangalore Purpose of the Position: As Program Manager responsible for driving InfoCepts client engagement, high quality customer experience and building opportunities for growth. Key Result Areas and Activities: Provide Advisory, Sales, and Marketing Support Support pre-sales activities including engaging prospects, conducting workshops, developing point of views/solutions/scoping, writing proposals, engaging partners, and supporting sales and marketing enablement. Contribute to Organizational Strategy Provide thought leadership in the market, support GTM partnerships with channel partners, lead prioritized initiatives. Provide Advisory and Consulting Services Drive and execute consulting engagements in areas of Cloud and Data Engineering, Data Integration and Virtualization, Data Science and Advanced Analytics for Infocepts clients. Identify and Exploit New Technologies Proactively maintain market trends, drive innovations and technology evaluations, engage teams and customers to determine top challenges. Lead key engagements to co-create and support successful delivery of InfoCepts solutions. Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings Support offering development and lead its pilot implementation. Create implementation methodologies, processes, templates are defined, enhanced, and internalized for the prioritized solutions. Work and Technical Experience: Essential Skills: 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Stakeholder management and Presales Strategy, Planning, and Execution: Translate business priorities into actionable plans, collaborate on annual strategies, and manage growth and delivery priorities, including capacity planning, revenue, margins, and utilization. Requires account mining, growth, building customer relationships, and networking capabilities. Build Client Loyalty and Focus on Growth: Establish long-term relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, and collaborate with business leads to develop sales pitches, demos, and proposals for account expansion. Quality and Performance: Ensure timely and effective client onboarding, maintain high performance and governance standards, lead program kick-offs and milestone reviews, and adhere to delivery excellence protocols through proactive reviews and risk mitigation. Fulfillment, Assimilation, and Retention: Ensure adequate staffing and oversee team allocation, while promoting rotation, growth, mentoring, and retention of team members. High Performing Teams: Guide and manage teams, set and monitor performance targets, address issues, foster a culture of performance, ensure personal growth, motivate, and develop team capabilities for higher responsibilities. Desirable Skills: Experience in Manufacturing industries is preferred Knowledge & expertise sharing - Promote knowledge sharing and best practices through expert sessions and tech talks, enhance project management capability with training, maintain an up-to-date knowledge management system, and support the growth portfolio with value propositions and thought leadership. Experience with Program Management tools like Microsoft Sharepoint, Spreadsheets etc. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, information technology or related field Deep knowledge of Data, Analytics, and AI space Experience in program management, including the management of large project teams Qualities: Strong people leadership skills and ability to engage, drive and mentor large teams and senior team members Experience in consultative partnering with customer stakeholders at executive level to drive business growth Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing Preferably, the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Experience of negotiation, presales is a plus,
