• Job Profile:
• Should be able to do system administration,
• Network troubleshooting.
• Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients
• Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues.
• Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software
• Patch management for desktops ensure critical patches are updated on schedule
• Desktop Imaging through MDT
• Good Communication skill

 Should handle Install configuring software and hardware and basic networking .Monitoring system performance trouble shooting issues and ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure like printer,outlook,basic server, networking ,os, antivirus ect
