Position - AGM/Sr. Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Location - Mumbai

Qualification - CA

Preferred Industry - Manufacturing/Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Person will be responsible for Daily review, monitoring & controlling of Accounting entries such as MIRO, JV's, Bank Reco, Service Tax, Sales Tax & Tds Compliances, Monthly and Quarterly returns, Exim entries etc.
• Finalisation of Trial balance, Ledger Scrutiny, Monthly closing entries, Provisions.
• Forex Valuation and transaction accounting.
• Audit co-ordination including Co-ordination with Stores, Excise, Purchase, HR, Treasury etc.
• Co-ordination with Stat Auditors, Tax Audit, Cost Audit & Internal Audit.
• Should have knowledge of Accounting Standards, IFRS, Companies Act and Advanced Accounting knowledge.
• Should have process knowledge of Commercial processes of Mfg. company for transparency in Accounting.
• Should be Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly Accounts with Rev Sch 6 & finalisation of Notes to Accounts, Depreciation schedule as per Revised Companies Act etc.
• Ability to co-ordinate with plant locations for work related to accounting and completion of accounts.

Skills:

Good Co-ordination and Communication skills. Knowledge of SAP & Advance Excel is must. Should possess ability to work under pressure & meet strict deadlines. Can control & guide team of 12-14 persons.
