Job Title: Unreal Engine Developer (Cinematography & 3D Environment Design) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time / On-site / No WFH About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Unreal Engine Developer with a focus on creating stunning cinematic experiences and 3D environments. In this role, you will leverage Unreal Engine to design and develop high-quality visual content for film, virtual production, and immersive storytelling. You will work closely with our creative team to craft visually compelling scenes, environments, and 3D assets that meet the artistic vision of our projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cinematographers, artists, and production teams to create visually stunning 3D environments and cinematic sequences using Unreal Engine. Implement real-time lighting, camera setups, and visual effects to bring environments and scenes to life with cinematic quality. Design and develop custom 3D assets, props, and environments with a focus on high visual fidelity and performance. Work with virtual production tools to create real-time cinematography workflows, including setting up virtual cameras, lighting rigs, and animation sequences. Optimize assets, shaders, and lighting to ensure seamless performance across different platforms while maintaining high-quality visuals. Integrate third-party assets, textures, and tools to enhance the production pipeline. Collaborate with directors, VFX teams, and artists to maintain the visual style and consistency across all cinematic content. Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering, lighting, and environment design. Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine features, industry trends, and best practices related to virtual production and cinematic design. Qualifications: Proven experience in using Unreal Engine for cinematic production, environment design, or virtual production. Proficiency in Unreal Engine's lighting, camera, and cinematic tools (Sequencer, real-time ray tracing, Lumen/Nanite). Experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading to create photorealistic environments and objects. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera movement for cinematic storytelling. Proficiency with tools like Maya, Blender, or similar for asset creation and integration into Unreal Engine. Experience in rendering pipelines, including working with high-resolution assets, visual effects, and shaders. Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of color grading, scene composition, and visual aesthetics. Familiarity with virtual production tools such as virtual cameras, motion capture systems, or real-time rendering technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with artists, directors, and production teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in virtual production or real-time cinematography workflows. Familiarity with film industry standards, including linear color workflows and high-end rendering techniques. Experience with volumetric effects, dynamic lighting, and procedural environment generation. Knowledge of post-production tools like Nuke, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve for integrating Unreal Engine output into the final film pipeline.,
