- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER)
- Proficient in handling and managing employee compensation
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills to oversee HR operations and manage a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the organization's goals
- Lead and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Handle industrial relations matters, including negotiations with labor unions and resolving disputes
- Manage compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and performance incentives
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and drive organizational development
