Job Specifications :
- Senior Technical Lead with having 10+ years of experience with building products using open-source technologies.
Qualification : BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, GNIIT or higher
Key Requirements for the Position :
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Work with delivery teams to modernize their applications by developing or integrating with Open Source products.
- Ensuring we can scale across public and private clouds seamlessly by developing abstraction between product teams and backplane services.
- Ensure there is Security built into the bundle from inception.
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
- Building a holistic understanding of applications & underlying domain is supported.

- Able to work across organizational boundaries and matrixed reporting structures
We are looking for who :
- Seen as an Open-Source evangelist with a hands-on keyboard approach to Enterprise transformation.
- Proven background in delivering complex transformations by the adoption of open source projects implemented in a sustainable way.
- Experience with products like Kafka, Elastic Search, Kibana, Beats (ELK stack), Kong API Gateway, Apache Camel, OpenKM, Redis
- Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with Serverless and Microservices orchestration/choreography.
- Experience working with DB like Mongo, Casandra, PostgresSQL etc.
- Experience with DevOps practices and the CICD model of development
- Experience in working in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS, private)
- Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like JIRA, Azure Board etc.
- Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong knowledge of API and web services development
- Angular, NodeJS, Agile, Scrum, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB., ELK stack
- Kong API Gateway
- Experience in handling multiple applications, understanding of system workflows, application workflow within the system, interfaces with other systems.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix-based OS like Centos, Ubuntu etc.
Good to Have Skills :
- Java, Python
- Apache Camel/ Service Mesh
- ReactJs, Flutter
