                      :      Incharge  (EDP/IT)

QUALIFICATION     :      MCA

EXPERIENCE           :      7-10 years

Desirable                :      * Worked with Plastic Injection Moulding plants

                                       * Worked  with a company (supplier to LG) will be given preference

                                        *(Finsys ERP software, Terms ERP Software, Oracle Smart ERP, EPPS Smart ERP Software)

Job Responsibilities :

• Module wise Troubleshooting Internal & External.
• ERP Training Department wise & user wise ERP test.
• Make a daily basis variance report ERP vs physical Data.
• Department wise ERP Process Error resolved.
• Make a process wise flow chart & Manual & SOP.
• Process Mapping, ERP documentation.

        Under Training SQL Queries.

• Coordinate with ERP team of day to day actual issue generated by the system.
• Raising ticket for the Bugs and error.
• Resolve user login issue.
• Creation of user and their roles, programs and reports.
• Cross checking the BOM if it correctly uploaded in the EPPS system.
• If any stock is not available, cross check provide to the user.
• Tracking of department wise transaction, if stuck then help them.
• Checking if any transaction is pending or reserved at any team end, ask them to close or work on them.
• Help Material controller team for running MRP weekly basis.
• If any user done wrong transaction help to reverse the transaction like GRN, Voucher, Issue, MRP, FGR, Inspection, purchase return.
• Supporting finance team for the error and their problems.
• Help with EPPS team working on new server in EPPS (Implementation).
• Government policy awareness of the invoice making product In & Out on the government portal.
• Commitment to complete task given by my manager. 
• Process make a flow diagram.
• Process Improvement report.
• Enhanced inventory control. 
• Improved cooperation with the user of the EPPS user.
• Design conceptual and detailed process of transaction.
• CCTV management/ their AMC  etc
• INTERCOM Communication management
• System configuration
• Networking/ Internet configuration
