We are seeking a strong SRE engineer who can handle and maintain our SaaS delivery infrastructure for 24/7 uptime. You will be collaborating with engineering leaders across our business group in helping define, improve and maintain our SaaS services against enterprise-grade SLAs, security standards and monitoring best practices. Who You Are You are an innovative SRE engineer with experience in securing CI/CD pipelines, and an interest in making an impact in the field of network security. You are comfortable in design discussions with other architects and engineers. You can present designs and solutions to multiple teams across organizations, gathering feedback that will help us drive consensus and gain alignment. You are not afraid to be creative, use innovative programming, technologies, and tools to drive groundbreaking new products. What You Will Do You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry on building out Ciscos Hypershield solution. You are an expert with technologies such as AWS suite of services, Terraform and automation with Jenkins/Github Actions, ArgoCD, O11y Dashboards, alerting technologies, etc. You will manage and maintain our CI/CD pipelines that deliver our SaaS applications continuously to public cloud. We work in an agile, startup-style environment with minimal bureaucracy. You will be part of a small team driving the next evolution of security at Cisco, and must be able to work under minimal direction. Required Experience: BA/BS Degree and 7+ years of experience 4+ years in a DevOps or SRE role Advanced experience with AWS / Cloud services, Terraform & Automation, GitHub actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, alerting and monitoring, logging, Kubernetes and container management, secret management, etc. Desired Experience: Prior experience with CI/CD infrastructure for large-scale SaaS microservice deployments to public cloud Scripting and tooling with a strong focus on security Working as part of a remote or distributed team Proficiency in administering Linux environments Why Cisco Secure #WeAreCisco, where each person is unique.
