Job Description:
Experience : 3 - 8yrs
* 3+ years of experience in Automation testing using selenium. * Experience in client communication: handle client call as well as e-mail communication.
Responsibilities: * Design and develop test plans, test scenarios based upon functional and design specifications. * Design and develop automation frame work for smoke and critical business scenarios. * Participate in review meetings with the Business Analysts, Product owners and managers. * Read and understand project requirements, customer use cases &wireframes for features Initiate and drive test strategies and test plan design for new features. * Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements. * Lead modules, mentor team members, and contribute to building a world class team and thereby achieving high quality of the deliverables. * Design, develop and maintain test programs including test tools and automated test suites. * Experience in Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, Functional and Regression Testing. * Identify and managing defects, bug descriptions, and test reports. * Work with stake holders across time zones to ensure that our software solutions deliver the best possible experience to customers. * Work closely with the development team to analyze, finding root cause and help to resolve any issues. * Providing accurate defect submissions meeting schedule commitments, executing tests and providing quality test status reports. * Experience in all the phases of Software Testing Life Cycle, designing Test Cases, Bug Report documents, Functional Requirements and Design Documents. * Develops new test methodologies or processes, re-evaluates existing processes. Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
