Job Description

Preparing of BOQ, BOM, BBS and work orders.
2. Contract Management.
3. Preparing of Material Reconciliation Statement and Monthly progress report.
4. Preparation of techno-commercial comparative sheet.
5. Technical supervision && quality checking on site.
6. Quality assurance of every activity, as per checklist.
7. Joint-measurement with sub-contractors or client for billing work.
8. Negotiations and finalization of contract.
9. Checking and creating BOQs as per AutoCad GFC drawings
10. Checking indents from site against BOQ and quantities as per AutoCad GFC drawings
11. Checking final contractor bills.
12. Discussing structural aspects with consultants to create efficiency in AutoCad GFC drawings.
13. Checking and finalizing and creating (if required) BOQs for Civil, MEP, Finishing items.
14. Checking and reporting consumption at site for all materials and current stock at site and
releasing indents after accounting for this.
